The American Puntland Council (APC) is a U.S.-based, non-connected political action committee formed by American citizens of Puntland heritage.
Our purpose is to advance informed U.S. policy engagement on national security, democratic governance, and regional stability in the Horn of Africa, in alignment with U.S. law and American interests.
This is a civic call to action uniting American Puntlanders to protect Puntland’s security, dignity, and future from both internal and external threats.

The American Puntland Council operates as an independent political organization, not affiliated with any candidate, party, or foreign government.
We engage U.S. policymakers through lawful advocacy, policy briefings, and research, guided by diaspora-led leadership and transparent collaboration with community voices.
Our approach is grounded in trust, inclusion, and shared responsibility, strengthening civic participation, restoring confidence in dialogue, and advancing practical, people-centered solutions for a more stable and just future.
